Telephone Triage Appointments

Due to COVID-19 we are doing telephone consultations. Please do not come into the surgery unless you have been advised to come in. Due to patient’s needs, a clinician may need to spend extra time with a patient in order to safely manage their medical need.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide our patients with an exact time as to when the clinician may contact you but the receptionists will provide you an approximate time to when you will receive the call which can be either in the AM (9.00-13.30) or PM (15.00-18.30/Weds 20:00).

When you are booking an appointment online through patient access/NHS App/E consult, please note that you may not receive a call at the allocated time.

Please ensure that you keep your phone with you if you are expecting a call from the surgery. Our clinicians will aim to call you twice. Several attempts to call you will further delay calling other patients throughout the day. We appreciate your support and understanding.
