You can also reply with the word “CANCEL” to the SMS appointment reminder you receive. Alternatively, you can email us on: harfordhealthcentre@nhs.net

Please allow at least 48 hours minimum when cancelling an appointment, this way it provides the service and other patients a better chance of using the appointment and avoiding waste.

Telephone Triage Appointments

Due to COVID-19 we are doing telephone consultations. Do not come into the surgery. Due to patient’s needs, a clinician may need to spend extra time with a patient in order to safely manage their medical need., we appreciate your understanding.

When you are given an appointment there is no exact time as to when the clinician will give you a call but the receptionist will provide you an approximate time to when you will receive the call.

Also when you are booking an appointment on patient access, you may not get a call at the allotted time you book the appointment.

We thank you for your patience. Please make sure that you do not miss the clinician’s call, several attempts to call you will further delay calling other patients throughout the day.
