Harford Health Centre is working to ensure we achieve excellence in LGBTQ+ healthcare and successfully meet the needs of our LGBTQ+ patients.

We are open to all and are dedicated to protecting diversity and equality. We are here to listen to suggestions and feedback from our LGBTQ+ patients on their experiences with us. If you have something you want to share or feel would help us in this process, please let us know.

Our practice is supported by LGBT Foundation’s Pride in Practice service to improve the experiences of LGBTQ+ people accessing primary care services.

Healthwatch Tower Hamlets, Q1 Patient Experience Report

Healthwatch Tower Hamlets is your local health and social care champion. Through our Patient Experience Programme (PEP), we hear the experiences of residents and people who have used health and care services in our borough.

They tell us what is working well and what could be improved allowing us to share local issues with decision-makers who have the power to make changes.

Every three months we produce this report to raise awareness about patient experience and share recommendations on how services could be improved.
